What we don't do!
For a company as small as ours, PI insurance in respect of formal valuation advice is prohibitively expensive, despite the Director's claim free record over the 11 years he has been qualified! We would be happy to put you in touch with a qualified and reputable Chartered Surveyor if you are seeking a formal valuation for lending or other purposes.
We do not undertake dilapidations surveys but can put you in touch with a qualified Building Surveyor who can provide you with their expertise.
