Eric Thomson BSc Hons MRICS

Eric has over 15 years experience in the commercial property market, and has been a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors over 11 years. His background is in a multi-disciplinary role, having worked at Associate level for two of Scotland's largest Chartered Surveying practices, J&E Shepherd and DM Hall.

He specialises in commercial agency and rent reviews although has significant experience in valuation and lease advisory roles.

Most recently, Eric has been employed to asset manage BAA Glasgow's property portfolio at Glasgow Airport. The initial brief has evolved and now includes rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings, development and acquisition work. Significant value has been added to the company's property portfolio as a result.

Clients whom Eric has advised in the past also include Clydesdale Bank, CWS, BT, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Nevisport and Scotmid, as well as the majority of mainstream commercial banks in a valuation capacity.
